Upright Row
- This exercise works out the trapezius, the deltoids, and the biceps.
Execute this by doing a shoulder-width stance with back straight. Hold your chest high focusing your eyes straight ahead. Then, grasp the dumbbells overhand. Raise them up towards your chin using your elbows.
Grab those dumbbells now and work on bigger muscles and toner arms!
