Dumbbell Bench Press

  • This exercise works out the chest muscles, shoulders, and triceps.

To execute this, grab a dumbbell on each hand, and lie on a bench with both feet flat on the floor. Push the dumbbells up, arms directly over the shoulder, and the palms are up as well. Then, tuck your abdominals in, and slowly tilt your chin towards your chest. Lower the dumbbells until the elbows are slightly below the shoulders. Roll your shoulders back and down and then, push the weights back up making sure your shoulder blades stay planted on the bench.
