Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 16 oz jar of traditional mild salsa
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
Instructions
- Place the cranberries in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse until cranberries are minced, but not pureed.
- In a large bowl add the minced cranberries, salsa, chopped cilantro and green onion.
- Gently stir until the mixture is combined.
- Serve salsa cold with tortilla chips.
