Dumbbell Fly

Lie on a flat bench, facing upwards with both feet flat on the floor. With dumbbells on both hands, slowly lift them above your shoulders with the elbows bent slightly. Lower the dumbbells until your elbows are leveled with your chest make sure to keep your elbows still slightly bent. Do 10 reps.
