Dumbbell Bench Press

Sit on an adjustable bench and position it to a low incline in 15 to 30 degrees, place both feet flat on the floor with dumbbells on both hands. Slowly lift the dumbbells above the shoulderswith your arms straight then slowly lower both hands on the sides of your chest. Take a pause then push the dumbbells back up. Do 10 reps then proceed to step 4 without resting.
