- Water 2 tbsp 4 tbsp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
- Beat eggs together in a large bowl.
- Mix in ham, bell pepper, onion, salt, black pepper, and water into the beaten eggs.
- Pour egg mix evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake until set in the middle, about 18-20 minutes.
