Ingredients
- Regular Oats 1/4 cup
- Flaxseed (ground) 1/4 cup
- Walnuts (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Almonds (chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon 1 1/2 tbsp
- Orange Juice 3/4 cup
- Honey 3/4 cup
- Brown Sugar (packed) 1/2 cup
- Canola Oil 3/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp
- Dried Cranberries 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat, stir in oil and vanilla.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
- Spread mixture in a thin layer onto a pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring well.
- Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Spoon granola into a bowl, stir in dried cranberries.
