4. Bow Pose
To do this pose, lie on your stomach and lay your arms flat along your body with the palms up. Bend your knees to bring your heels as close to the buttocks as possible, and reach back to grab your ankles. While doing this, keep you hips wider than your knees. In order to execute the pose, lift your thighs up and away from the board while lifting your heels away from your buttocks.
