3. Half Moon Pose

First, stand up straight on the board. Then slowly lean your body to the right until your right hand touches the board. Lift your left arm into the air. Shift your weight forward using your right arm and leg. At the same time, straighten the right leg while lifting the left one.

Health Benefits:

This pose is beneficial in strengthening the abdomen, ankles, thighs, buttocks and spine. It also works to stretch the groins, hamstrings, calves, shoulders, and chest. If done right, this pose will help improve coordination, relieve stress, and improve digestion.
