Wake up earlier than you used to.
Waking up early can benefit your body a lot because it will put you in sync with your body’s 24-hour cycle. The body’s natural Circadian rhythm allows the body to eliminate waste and toxins at dawn. Waking up later in the morning will only delay this process and could possibly encourage reabsorption of the toxins.
To make it work, set the alarm 30 minutes earlier. Go to bed earlier to fill in for the earlier wake up time.
