Garlic (Allicin)
Garlic contains three immune boosting components that help prevent and fight microbes and viruses, namely ajoene, thiosulfinates and allicin. These compounds, when combined, are very potent that taking raw garlic is almost as powerful as Neosporin in disinfecting minor wounds. Allicin promotes production of white blood cells.
