Day 7:
On the seventh day, you can now start to eat brown rice, veggies, fruits and a small portion of meat. At this point, you will feel lighter with an abundance of energy and a positive disposition. This diet will not only cause weight loss but will effectively cleanse your body from impurities and provide you a feeling of well-being.

Exercise Option:
Do intensify your weight loss, you can do mild to moderate exercises while on this diet plan. Cardio exercise for 30 minutes three times a week. Lunges and squats target the glutes, as well as steppers and elliptical for toning the lower body
