Day 5:

On the fifth day, you can eat lean meat and tomatoes. You can eat 10 ounce portion of lean beef. Combine this with six whole tomatoes (which you can cook into a soup). The beef is for protein and iron while tomato is for fiber and digestion. Drink lots of water to eliminate uric acid from your system.
