Day 3:

On the third day, you will start to combine your two previous meals. Go for fresh fruits (again, except bananas), fresh vegetables and lots of water. Eliminate the potato this time because your carbohydrates will be from the fruits. Vegetable can be taken in the form of salad or soup. Your body will now start to burn excess pounds. Though the cravings are still present, it will start to diminish on day four.
