Walking lunges
To keep your legs and butt thigh you can do walking lunges with your baby. Stand straight and keep your baby while protecting its head. Take a step forward as far as you can with your left leg and bend the knees at 90 degrees. Your front knee shouldn’t go over the ankle and the back knee should approach the floor. After that, push off your back leg and step with your feet together a few times, and then repeat it with the opposite leg.
