Working out the lower part of the body is also important. The plie will help with this. You should stand with the legs apart, making sure that your abs are drawn in, while keeping safely your baby. Than bend your knees, while lowering your hips and slowly pressing your butt into the heels. Than, also slowly start to straighten and squeezing your legs and buttocks and return to standing position.
