Raspberries are yummy snacks loaded with fiber and antioxidants. Fiber is the key in curbing hunger. A cup of raspberries contains 8 grams of fiber, compared to strawberries or blueberries that only have four. They also have a hefty amount of Vitamin C. Eating too much fruit doesn’t always mean too much sugar. Besides, raspberries are very low in calories.
