4. Make more soup.
“Stop the hunger diet.” Preparing soup is a much cheaper way than preparing a full meal. Soups are low in fat and full of nutrients. You can just add a few vegetables or ingredients, and have plenty of leftovers. Soups can be filling, inexpensive to make and last for a long time.
You can easily prepare a large portion, separate it out in Tupperware containers and either put in the fridge or freeze. They are great to take to work with you for a quick and easy lunch.
