See previous sentence. You should be eating healthful foods. No ifs ands or pregnancy butts about it. Do not pull the “I forgot to eat this whole meal because of this blah blah”- no. Skipping meals easily leads to overeating when you do eat. While I can sympathize with your time constraints, I encourage you to make sure you eat 5-6 times a day if making full-fledged meals is not an option. Think of meat, vegetables, fruits,  cheese and crackers, choosing whole grains over white, and (as my general rule of thumb) organic and non-processed as your first-in-mouth option.
