Obstacle Fitness

Tough Mudder

Obstacle fitness is racing at its peak. Examples of this kind of fitness include Tough Mudders, Color Runs, Warrior Dash, and Spartan races. If you want to chisel your body into a Godly shape, you have to act like a Spartan. You’ve got to do more to test your mental and physical limitations. Obstacle fitness also includes wall climbing, shivering under a barbwire, plunging into ice water, running miles in dirt and mud. Obstacles can increase flexibility, strength of the muscles, speed, stability and self-fulfillment.
