3. Make Time
As a new runner there is no excuse for this one. You’ll be starting off minimally, at one mile or even less, and only need to block off 10-20 minutes for your beginning jogs. I am a huge supporter of “something is better than nothing” when it comes to being physically active, and this 100% holds true to the field of running. Exercising for 5 minutes is better than sitting on the couch. Whether it means waking up 30 minutes earlier, eating lunch on the go, or skipping your late night snack to squeeze in your run make like Nike and just do it.
