8. Be wary of EMFs or electromagnetic fields in your bedroom.

EMFs can upset the pineal gland, the production of melatonin and may have other undesirable health effects. If you want to measure the EMF levels in your house, you can use a gauss meter. Preferably, it is better if you turn off wireless routers during sleep, because you don’t need the internet when you are sleeping.
