Ensure Essential Fats
Seeds and nuts are good sources of essentials fats as well as tuna steak and anchovies. Cold water carnivorous fish such as mackerel, sardines, herring and salmon at least 2-3 times are week should also be helpful in getting those essential fats.
However, if you’re not able to eat those foods mentioned above, you can supplement fats by taking fish oil and starflower or evening primrose oil. Deep-fried, browned and processed foods should be avoided.
