Reclining pigeon pose is the modification of the classic pigeon pose which is useful for tight hips, and also works as a preventive stretch for the knees.

How To Perform Reclining Pigeon Pose: Lie on your back. Bend your knees and soles of your feet on the floor. Now cross right ankle over left knee. Put your right arm between the legs and wrap your left arm around your left knee to grab hold of your knee. Now draw left knee towards your chest. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Switch sides.
