4. Cobbler
Cobbler is a basic yoga pose which stretches the inner thighs and prevents back pain.
How To Perform Cobbler Yoga: Start in a sitting position and keep your legs outstretched to the front. Exhale, bend your knees and bring your heels toward your pelvis. Both the soles should be pressing each other. Bring the heels as close to your pelvis as you can. Grasp the big toe of each foot with first two fingers and thumb. Keep your pelvis in neutral position and parallel to floor. Shoulder blades must be in straight line with your back. While doing this pose, never force your kneed down. Just lean the heads of the thigh bones towards the ground and knees will automatically follow.
