9. Lotus Pose
To do this position, sit on the board with your legs straight like the beginning of the yoga boat pose. Move your right foot and place it on top of your left thigh. Do the same with the other foot. Hold this pose for several seconds. Make sure to take deep breaths and keep your palms facing up towards the sky.
