8. Yoga Boat Pose
To do this position, sit on the board with your legs straight. Lean back slightly, keeping your hands placed firmly on the board and pointing towards your feet. Keep your back straight while lifting your feet off the board. Bend your knees first and then straighten your leg out to make a 45 – 50 degree angle with the board and your leg. Stretch your arms out parallel to the board, holding on to the sides of your calves.
