4. Chamomile
Chamomile has the ability to reduce inflammation which can balance out acidity. Chamomile tea is effective in inducing a good night sleep by relieving stress. Stress can trigger acid reflux, therefore, enjoying a cup an hour prior to bed will definitely help. Do this by adding one teaspoon of chamomile to one cup boiling water. Let them simmer, and let the petals soak for a minute or two. Strain and remove petals from the mixture. Drink up and relax.
