5. Buy 2 identical pair
This tip is especially important for runners that participate in running events or in other sports. If you budget allows, consider buying two pairs that are designated for a specific activity. For example, you could have one pair for the marathons you run three times a year, and a practicing pair for the workouts leading up to it. That way, you don’t run the risk of wearing out your shoes before the event, and your feet don’t have to adjust to a different type of shoe for those big events.
