Edgy leg lifts
Just like traditional leg lifts, this exercise works leg and butt muscles. Unlike the other way, you won’t sweat as badly, and the water puts more resistance both directions.
Lean your back against the pool wall and hold onto the pool edge with both hands. Slowly lift each leg, one at a time, until your toes clear the water. Repeat 10 times on each side. Then lift both legs together until all ten toes breach surface of water. Repeat 10 times.
