3. Big and Small Ups
Men who wear heavy toed boots are especially fond of this exercise. But anyone who wear closed-toed shoes regularly, such as sales floor clerks and athletes, will love these moves!
How to do it: Lift all your toes as high as you can. Now lower your big toe to the floor and then lift back up. Repeat this move 8 times. Now hold it up with the others. Next, lower your little toe and return to level of others. Repeat move 8 times.
