5 Exercises for Mom and Baby

Healthy mom’s raise healthy kids. But, being a mom is NOT an easy job. Especially when you are recent mom, it’s hard to squeeze exercise in between working, preparing meals, caring for your baby and doing other day-to-day chores. Although, this is not an excuse for not working out. There are many exercises that you can do together with your baby; of course, safely. You can have fun with your children and care for your body and health at the same time!

Pike stretch

This exercise will keep you flexible and stretch your hamstrings and back. You should sit on the ground with straight legs and put your baby to lye on the legs. Then try to reach the top of the legs and stretch. Stretching is important thing because it helps you while doing the rest of the exercises.
