You can tone your inner thighs by doing leg lifts. Lie flat on a workout mat on your left side. Your tight foot placed on the floor. Use your right hand as support by placing it in the floor. Raise your left leg going to the ceiling. Put it back down that nearly touches the floor. Do this again for 20 times. And do this exercise on the other side.
