Burn your inner thighs by doing the outer and inner thigh kick. Hold against the back of a chair with feet brought together. Raise your right leg going to your side till it’s parallel to the floor, or as close as you can do it. Take your right leg down, spreading your right foot considerably past the left foot. Do this again for 15 times. And do the workout with the left leg.
