15. Seaweed
Seaweed will not probably come to mind when thinking of something delicious to eat unless if it included in a sushi roll but, people should know that seaweed is actually packed with nutrients and antioxidants. If you are eating it for its detoxifying properties, avoid the dried nori because of its salt content. Opt for kelp instead; it is usually found in soups in Asian cuisine. It does not only taste good but very easy to digest.
