13. Lemons
Lemons and lemon juice are often mentioned when it comes to detoxifying. It is effective in flushing out toxins from the body. Lemons are also good for digestion. It can easily be prepared, just add water and it is ready to drink. Some would prefer adding cayenne pepper or sugar for a sweet taste but adding sugar can decrease its effect as a detoxifier. Warm water added with lemon juice can condition the digestive system for proper functioning for the whole day.
