5. Visualize.

Try to picture yourself being on a field, a beach, a park or a river bank. Watch the leaves fall on the river or the clouds in the sky. Place your emotions, sensations and thoughts into the clouds and leaves, and just watch them float.

This is different from what people normally do. Usually, you place emotions, physical sensations and thoughts in specific qualities and judgments, like good or bad, right from wrong. And this sometimes intensifies anxiety. Always remember that “it’s all just information”.
