9. Sunshine.
Going outside for a walk under the sun is very beneficial in a lot of ways. You can invite anybody, from a friend to a family member to walk with you, then you get a 3-in-1 therapy: talk therapy, community and exercise. Exercise is very vital in increasing the oxygen flow to your brain; and aids in problem solving. So when you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck, take a deep breath, appreciate the beautiful things outside and go for a walk.
