As hard as you would like to surpass all of our most awful mental and emotional struggles, it’s important for you to acknowledge them. Ignoring your issues is useless, for if you do ignore them, they will just continue to develop or worsen.

Don’t be scared in identifying what you are angry scared, frustrated and sad about. These feelings are very important and needs to be recognized before releasing them.
