10. Play!
Having fun and playing may look like the last thing you will do. But playing and having fun can also help. Laughter is a great stress reliever, and going outside and have some fun or just do silly things put life back into perspective. This can also be a great approach for your family to be in your life if you have been worrying. You can go watch comical movies, see a good stand-up comedian, and play around with your kids. Do anything that makes you laugh, smile and simply forget about the things in your mind.
Remember that in times of sorrow, being inactive and ‘funk’ are just normal parts of life. There is nothing wrong about you, and it is vital to also reflect on minor and major life changes. Give yourself lots of love, and never hesitate to reach out for help when you really need it.
