Burn Fat
Carbohydrates and fats are the burning fuel when you run. The ratio changes are dependent on your speed and intensity of running. Whenever you indulge yourself on high power running, more carbohydrates are used as fuel. Carbohydrates are the more immediate source of energy compared to fats. For slower runs, the body uses more fats as a source of energy. However, you need not run slow to burn all your fats. Shedding the pounds of your body does not depend on the fuel that you used. It depends on the calories you consume. In order to burn fats, you must work harder and burn more calories.
