Running is good for your mental health. You don’t need addictive drugs to be high. There is also a particular term called “runner’s high.” It occurs during a run where the athlete experienced an intensely happy feeling at optimal levels of endurance and speed. The euphoric feeling is attributed to the mental benefits of running.
The mental benefit of running gets seen in the social circle of athletes. They were able to improve their overall appearance and fitness levels which aid them in building confidence and self worth.
